HIDIVE to premiere on November 16 Fragtime

 

Although only subtitled and dubbed in English, the Fragtime ova arrives on HIDIVE on November 16. Based on Sato's yuri manga, this OVA compiles the two volumes in their anime version and is one of the premieres of the fall season.

Misuzu Moritani is a high school student who has the power to stop time for three minutes a day. One day he uses that power to see under the skirt of his classmate Haruka Murakami, but when he tries, his power does not work on Haruka and she discovers Misuzu's secret.
