New trailer for Seitokai Yakuindomo's second movie

 

The official website for the Gekijōban Seitokai Yakuindomo 2 movie features a new trailer. In the video you can hear a preview of the song "Shōnen Shōjo Attention", which serves as the main theme of the film and is performed by the musical group Triple Booking, formed by the voice actors Yōko Hikasa, Sayuri Yahagi and Satomi Satou. This new film based on the manga created by Tozen Ujiie will be released in Japanese theaters on January 1, 2021.

Hiromitsu Kanazawa is once again directing this new film from the Seitokai Yakuindomo franchise for the Go Hands studio, as well as supervising the script. Makoto Furuta also returns with him as character designer and chief animation director. Other team members who also participated in Seitokai Yakuindomo's first film include Ken Naito as art director, Ryūsuke Araki as color designer, Ryō Tanaka as sound director, and Yūya Mori as music composer.

Regarding the voice cast of this second film, it will have the same casting that already participated in the previous animated adaptations of Tozen Ujiie's work with Yōko Hikasa, Sayuri Yahagi and Satomi Satou at the helm playing the roles of Shino Amakusa, Suzu Hagimura and Aria Shichijou, respectively. In addition, this time they will be joined by actress Miho Okasaki to voice the character of Yū Hirose.

Yōko Hikasa has published Seitokai Yakuindomo's original manga since June 2007 on the pages of Kodansha publisher's Weekly Shônen Magazine since June 2007. Currently, the work has a total of 19 compiled volumes published in the Japanese market.

The academy called Ousai, which used to be only for ladies, has now started accepting students of both sexes. However, there are only 28 boys in school compared to 524 girls. Takatoshi Tsuda, for his part, is in charge of the vice-presidency of the student council, being the only boy in it.
